Each Standard subscription includes two study owners — users with full access to manage study stages, view results, and download all reports — and covers one client and one study. If you need to run multiple studies or support multiple clients, please contact our sales team about an Enterprise or Partner subscription.
There is no limit on the number of responses you can collect within an assessment, so you can include as many use cases as you need. That said, we recommend keeping each assessment to no more than 100 responses, so the process stays simple and effective.
Licences cannot be transferred between clients. However, within a single study, study owners can be reassigned up to three times at no additional cost.
No, we don't offer a free trial. However, you can schedule a demo with our sales team to walk through the platform, explore your use case, and get all your questions answered.

For use case prioritisation, we recommend inviting 20–30 respondents and keeping the total below 100 to maintain clarity and quality of results.
For the data readiness assessment, we recommend live evaluation sessions with 4–8 participants who collaboratively rate the use cases.
Yes. The outputs are designed to be executive-ready. Study owners can download a structured PDF report directly from the Insights view, and export the underlying results as a CSV file when needed.
